Holiday!
Back from my 5 day holiday in Rock, Cornwall. It was lovely, so relaxing and we had so much fun. The weather was pretty good considering the time of year and the terrible summer we've had! One day of grey sky and rain and on that day we crossed to Padstow and went out fishing. The rest of the holiday was mostly sunny so we just read a bit on the beach, went for long walks around the beautiful countryside and spent a lot of time visiting old pubs trying all the local beers and wines.. because I think that's very important!!

Grumble Grumble
I gave myself two things to do at work today, find beach towels for my holiday and buy Dead Like Me DVDs.. I've spent what.. 5 hours on this so far with no damn luck! I can't find any towels I like for as cheap as I like! And the DVDs.. I'm sure they were only £10 at Amazon but I can't find them anywhere for under £29 and I'm sorry but for a short season DVD there is no way I will pay that much! I paid £9 for the whole of Tru Calling!
It always felt like one of those days I should have just stayed in bed!

It's just like Riding a Bike
I'm feeling inspired to be all into LJ again.. how many times have I said that!
I have a paid account and yet I waste it so much, don't even have all the userpics, a mood theme or done anything with the layout, let alone actually post often /sigh
Hopefully this new leaf will stick and I'll be around a lot more. :)
Hope everyone on my flist is ok, I'll try and visit today!

Out of Gas
So here it is the episode long wallscroll from the Firefly episode Out of Gas. I finished it last night after another 5 hours solid work!
Some parts I love and others I hate, but going back to change bits now would take me so long and the thought of it makes me sleepy!
Also I haven't cut it up enough still so it's slow loading ;)

So I had a panic on Saturday when I realised I couldn’t remember the last time I’d watched Buffy, I’m sure I’ve not watched an episode since being back in the UK which was September! So I put on season 5 and inspiration hit from the first scene :)

I was off work again today, I was sick all week, well better yesterday and today but I felt time off was needed to just do nothing. I feel I've not had a day doing nothing for so long. I've been watching the Gilmore Girls while sick, I've watched all of season 4 and am 2 episodes off finishing season 5, I forgot how much I love season 4. I also made some GG icons to continue my obsession.
Gonna watch the new VM and OC episodes, plus got some cheap wine and chocolate! This is the way to recover from illness!

So hungover, can't think about anything other than what a mess my parents house is...!
Since I've been back from Canada I've not got a flat, so I've been house sitting for anybody and this week and the next two weeks I'm at my mum and step dad's while they are in Thailand. It's the most beautiful old house set in the woods. I love it here, and we had a good night last night.. at least that's what the mess this morning tells me!
Anyway, shower, coffee.. all will start coming back to me soon :)
